  • High in iron and vitamins A, C. 

  • Take care to observe for pests. The leaves of the Michihili cabbage are not tight as standard cabbage, increasing their chances of predation by certain garden pests. 

  • Plant seedling in a protected environment 6-8 weeks (about 2 months) prior to the last frost for spring planting.  

  • Harden off your plants and plant outdoors about 2 weeks before the last average frost.
